Bribery or Buffoonery

The Republicans want Michael Moore arrested for offering clean underwear and packages of Ramen noodles to those “slackers” who promise to register to vote.
With typical conservative ignorance of history, the Republicans are confusing bribery with buffoonery; they obviously have never heard of the historically important role of the “court jester.”
