Everything is shrinking but my midriff.

A while ago, Blogger offered free sweatshirts to BloggerPro users (which is what I was before switching to MT and which I guess I still am in their records). I ordered a Large, since I like my sweatshirts baggy. I washed it. I should have gotten an X-Large.
Everything seems to be shrinking — the clothes I buy, the distances over which I reach out, the time and energy that I have to take care of the things I have to take care of, the spaces in my spinal discs through which the nerves wind their (not so merry these days) ways. I

  1. Your blogpresence will be missed, Elaine. But I suppose fall is an appropriate time to go to ground and recoup. I’ll be glad to see you when you return.

  2. Good luck with that herniated disk.
    Hopefully physical therapy will take care of the problem. It helped a lot with mine, but I still have problems when I sit at the computer too much.

    A skunk visited me recently, and though I was oblivious to any ‘meaning’ behind the visit (I’ve been spiritually myopic lately), a friend did some research and filled me in yesterday for my birthday.
