Oh, beautiful, short yet so evocative – I feel like I’m there, loving the earth, the mist, the ‘dewy vines’… Thank you!
mmmm lovely imagery….
Your Magpie is elegant … I have gone back a few posts to read more of you and realized we are very close to the same age and have had our trials with caring for mothers with dementia. I like the way you described how your wishes for life at 70 are so much different than they were at 60. I am finding that as well ………..
Lovely!!!!! Thanks!!!!!
Love it! Really beautiful.
sounds like a cool and refreshing place…nice magpie…
mystical! reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.
Amazing how much a few chosen words can say. Lovely!
well said.
wow, so much ethereal beauty in so few words, love it!
“breathe old earth” – I take comfort in this. For my own reasons, but you’ve reminded me to. Really beautiful Elaine.
I can smell that old earth! Delicious.
