How about an Interdependence Day
Found an interesting idea over at bluvox. She says, Independence Day. At Harbin there was a sign reminding me that there's no such thing, and that it should rather be, Interdependence Day.
Maybe we should institute a blog-wide annual Interdependence Day.

Dear Friends,
Actually, We have founded an Interdependence Day, and I'd love to share it with you. We,The World, a magnificent social action group initiated I.D. at the WSSD in Johannesburg celebrating the connection of all our lives, both organic and inorganic; and acknowledging and cherishing our societal and tribal differences. Go to WWW.WeTheWorld.org and find out all about it.

Another established Interdependence Day that I've known about and celebrated for several years is July 3rd. This inspiration came from the PlaNetweavers, Julia Butterfly Hill Circle of Friends, among others. May be time to coordinate??!!
